Shipping policy

We aim to ship all products within 48 hours and deliver products within the estimated timeframe of 12 business days. In case of any unexpected delays, we will keep you informed. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations or compensation requests due to delayed delivery. All items are shipped from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

If a package delivery is refused, refunds will not be issued, and any extra shipping and handling charges to return the item will be billed to the recipient.
