Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If we do not receive the returned item within this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery by emailing caravansarai@gmail.com. Certain items may not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if issued, will have the initial shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee deducted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.Â
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations.
For returns valued over $100, consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we are not liable for lost packages.
